Staceyshoe
I'm finding a lot of recipes for yummy curries, sauces, meatballs, and other things that call for soy sauce--particularly the searches I've done for recipes with ground turkey. Is there a reasonable substitute that is both gluten and soy free?
RegGuheert
Fish sauce might be a close alternative. The stuff we have here contains: anchovy fish, salt, sugar and water. I've also used salt as a substitute for soy sauce. It is not the right color, but the taste is close enough for some things.
Elizabeth in MN
I've never found one and have been soy-sensitive for over a decade.
