love2read
This is obviously a stock photo, but does anyone know how to make mini quiche crusts look nice like this? Mine are always so sloppy looking. I have a bridal brunch coming up and want to fine tune the look ;)

Mrs Mungo
I am pretty sure the ones in the photo are mass produced frozen quiches. Homemade quiches will not have the same uniform look, but that's not necessarily a bad thing! :)
love2read
I'm hoping to learn how to just get the crust above the quiche part without burning or looking lopsided. I push it over the edge and follow basic directions, but somehow it never bakes to look even remotely neat.
