ProudGrandma
I have the trial of amazon prime that comes with amazon mom...and I just discovered that these items will extend my amazon prime...but what I don't get is why these qualify??? It just simply doesn't make sense to me... the items: Battlestriker tops some excavation kits WHAT do these items have to do with babies????? Momof3littles
There are definitely some random items. Almond flour qualifies, as do condoms LOL.
Starr
You'll never know. It's all a big secret. :D Enjoy the prime while you have it and I hope it extends for a few more months!
jplain
Yeah. Some of the things that will extend it are  or . For example, these undies extended my Amazon Mom membership. (They are, by the way, super comfy. :D I wish they were not also super expensive.)
ProudGrandma
I even spent some time talking to someone at Amazon trying to figure out the reasoning behind some of their qualifing items and those that don't....I never got a straight answer. But I would love to know what other non-baby items qualify. I found the connectagons do too...but I can almost see that one...it could be a preschool toy. Stayseeliz
I bought a mask for DH's CPAP machine a few months and that extended my benefits. Go figure..
ProudGrandma
I sure wish there was a method to figuring it out....children's tylenol qualified, but motrin didn't...unless you bought the generic brand. See, and to me children's meds make sense....but why aren't all of them qualfing items??
ProudGrandma
FYI some women's pajamas qualify for the amazon prime extention.
Trresh
I signed up for Amazon Mom a little while ago. I still don't fully understand how it works or how you know if an item qualifies as an extender. Could someone explain it to me, please? ProudGrandma
there is no master list...but when you click on an item to see the details of it, if it qualifies there will be a thin yellow bar across the top part (not the very top) of your screen saying that it qualfies. If you want to see what it looks like, type in battle strikers tops and then click on one....most, if not all of them qualified. It is frustrating to not know which (non-baby) items will qualify. If you think of the something else, I would be interested...none of the viatmins we take are there....and we don't need a toilet riser.... Trresh
I stumbled onto an item that goes towards extending your membership. http://www.amazon.com/Christmas-Story-Fudge-Creamy-Chocolate/dp/B004FO32XO/ref=sr_1_2?s=grocery&ie=UTF8&qid=1322664991&sr=1-
DianeW88
Ya know...extending is great, but only if you need the items. I extended for two months, buying things I "sort of" needed, but really...it was only to extend my Prime. Then I realized I'd spend a bit over $50 to extend my Prime for a measly two months, when I could just pay $79 and get it for a year, PLUS free streaming videos (they come with it) and some other Kindle benefits. And, since they will only extend Amazon Mom up to six months...I didn't think it was worth it. I bit the bullet and paid the $79. I am a total victim of their marketing genius. They made me a Prime addict and I can no longer live without my two-day shipping fix.

Did the Amazon mom for a few months, now totally miss it. I put Amazon Prime on my Christmas list. Yes I want shipping for Christmas.:lol: I buy a lot of used books. Amazon is starting to warehouse more used books, so if I had prime I could get the free two day shipping and not worry about long shipping times with media mail.
