KristenR Posted November 14, 2011 Share Posted November 14, 2011 One of the awesome things about homeschooling is how often relevant materials seems to fall into your lap. I love augmenting our lessons with these unscheduled and unplanned materials. The other day my girls and I started Star Walks since it gets dark so early now. We head out shortly after dinner and spend a half hour or so gazing. My girls LOVE it. Today I was running late getting their breakfast ready so I popped on a Dinosaur Train on PBS and lo' and behold it was on star gazing and constellations. SCORE!!!!! p.s.
