Pamela H in Texas
Pinterest is *really* for the person doing it, right? I mean, sure, it'll tell you something about me if you go to my page (btw, name there is same as here, just without spaces); but the pins are really for me to enjoy what I've pinned, right? So here is my problem. If I go to my boards, I can't see all of my pins. If I click on the boards, many times it comes up blank. And if I go to my pins (where it lists them rather than in boards), I can see about half of my pins. WHERE IS EVERYTHING? Along those same lines, I *often* get an error message when I click other people's boards and/or pins. I wouldn't know, of course, if I was getting only half of their pins rather than all of them though. Am I missing something here? Or is it just buggy? or??? Annie
I think they are bugs. I'm pretty sure you're supposed to be able to see all of your pins when you click on your board. My thought is that they probably grew much faster than they had intended, and rather than lose possible subscribers by not allowing anyone new to sign up, they're trying to make do until they can get things under control. I would guess they probably started out the website with few employees and without much infrastructure, and that's having to change rather quickly. It's clear they're having bandwidth issues, and it looks like they're probably having database issues as well. I'm holding out hope that things will improve over the next few weeks because it's a very neat site.
