Quiver0f10
I don't want recipes with a lot of weird ingriedients. We don't eat a lot of red meat either. Is there a book or web site out there that will fit this? Thanks!

Crimson Wife
Almost Vegetarian is another good one too. I love this book, but it definitely isn't intended for low-carb dieters. Some of the recipes would be okay, but many of them make heavy use of grains and other higher-carb ingredients. My "go-to" cookbooks for low-carb are the various South Beach ones, and I also really like the Primal Blueprint one (but be warned that it is paleo so if you're doing super low-carb you'd need to skip the recipes with fruit or higher-carb veggies).
