Mama2Many4
I feel like I need to go take a shower now and scrub HARD! Just want to say that I love you all. Black, white, yellow, red, Wicca, Pagan, Atheist, Catholic, LDS, Baptist, Born Again, Evangelical, etc. That is all. *I am a Roman Catholic and I judge no one*
Crissy
There are so many points of view that converge on such a difficult topic. What I think we can all agree upon is that there are young men who were abused as little boys who need our best wishes and prayers.

I sure hope they come forward and get some nice big cash settlements from a lot of differnet sources.

I just hope they come forward and get justice, validation and help for all they have gone through.
mom2scouts
I made the mistake of reading the charges against Sandusky. By the time I got to "Victim 3" I was ready to throw up and I had to stop reading. They were boys who were already considered "at-risk" and the damage done to them is horrendous. I'm shocked and saddened that not one of those so-called leaders stepped forward to stop the abuse.

I've written about it http://www.welltrainedmind.com/forums/showpost.php?p=3320036&postcount=19 and do not have the emotional energy to do so again. p. macpuffins
Lisa, Thank you. I'm one of the lucky ones, it got stopped before medical intervention was needed. I have had much psychological assistance to deal w/ the issues. I still have bad days, but most of my days are GOOD. I have a phenomenal husband, a smart, loving daughter, and a merciful God. These have helped heal my soul. :grouphug:
