5knights3maidens
I posted two pictures of the coloring page "Sargon the Great" from SOTW 1 on my blog. The girls used colored pencils, black curly yarn, and material scraps. The girls enjoyed this much more than plain old coloring. :001_smile: True Blessings blog in signature. 3peasinapod
That looks great! Too bad we already passed that sheet. I need to think a little out of the box on those sheets, although they normally love coloring.

Jennifer-72
How fun! A big hit here, is having ds rip up bits of coloured tissue paper and affix it to the page with water from a medicine dropper. I normally put a paper plate under the page to keep things from getting to messy....
Hen
nice idea! I just pinned your gluten free, diary & soy free pancake recipe on pinterest. We are on week 2 here of being gluten free, and I can't really have diary either. It's a struggle to figure out what to make now, plus I am not normally such a creative cook anyways... :glare: we've been stuck with scrambled eggs or goat yogurt smoothies for breakfast, pancakes will be a nice change :D thanks!
