I've been reading different things about this. I asked DH for the grain attachment for my Kitchen Aide this year, but have read some things about grinding them in a vitamix. We need a new blender, so I'm wondering if this wouldn't work better?

Do I need an attachment to grind them in the vitamix?

TIA

ETA I would be getting a lower end one. Probably the one that Costco sells.

The Vitamix on the Costco website includes wet and dry containers. Would you need something else besides? I've been thinking of saving for one of these. For $650, the food should jump in and fix itself!

:lol::lol:

My friend tried selling us on the Vitamix by saying they use their at least 10 times a day:glare: The other day my husband asked if we were using ours that much yet:D You know if you take the cost and divide it by how much you would use it every day, well that makes it worth the cost right?

:iagree::iagree::iagree:

The one that was in our Costco wasn't that expensive, so I'm not sure how much it costs. I'll have to check again.
