creekmom
I LOVE this idea!! Use an oil drip pan ($10.00 from Auto store) as a magnetic board!! I found it on pinterest (my new addiction). :D http://nicandkate09.blogspot.com/2011/08/alphabet-board.html

PeterPan
Ooo, that's super-duper! Now I know what we're doing tomorrow!! See I've been wanting to paint a magnetic wall so ds could assemble floor puzzles. I saw at a children's museum where they had put magnets on the puzzle pieces, but that meant needing a larger space to work. This should work and be durable to boot! PS. Walmart's is bigger than Autozone's. Edited November 8, 2011 by OhElizabeth
