Most of it is tedious and repetitious. You've really inspired me here. He's in a helping profession and it Drives.Him.Nuts. when he can't provide the help that someone needs because of regulations or funding. He runs into this situation on a very regular basis. He's been known to go out on his lunch break to help people "off the clock" just because they'd be out of luck without someone's assistance (usually elderly or disabled people).
