ThatCyndiGirl
Do they exist? I have tried Danskos, Dr. Martens and cheap ones. What kind do you like?
macpuffins
Clark's, Dexter, Bass. I am on my feet all day at work, and have to wear PLAIN black shoes (closed heel & toe), and I've found some Sketchers are comfy in addition to the brands mentioned (and they're cheaper than the Clark's) p. J-rap
Well, they are pricey, but I recently discovered the Ecco shoe brand and they are amazing. From the first moment I put them on, they are comfortable. I've never spent so much on shoes though. I got a pair on sale, which helped a little. Avila
I am down to just buying Naturalizers for dress and Ryka for sport. I love both.
Farrar
I really like my Keen sneakers. And I like my Clark's, but you should note that the sizes run *really* strange in Clark's. I wear a size 8 in everything and I tried on some little mary janes there and was like, eh, not right. Then the salesman said, hold on, and he brings me a size 7 wide. What? But they totally fit. I don't have wide feet at all, but it worked.
Stacia
In winter, my staple shoes are a couple of pairs of flat boots (by Timberland). In summer, I love really flat, leather sandals.
pink&bluemommy
I like vivo barefoot
MunRoLy
Another vote for Clark's. And they have some really cute styles. Penney's has some great sales on them. I bought some yesterday that sell for $90 on zappos and with a coupon and sale I paid $55.
walkermamaof4
Clarks, keens, Bjorns. Also, crocs has out a new clog for winter trimmed in fur and i love it.

Guest submarines
Clark's, Naot, Ecco. I love Naot most lately!
Cera
I tend to like Dansko, ecco and Born. For dressy shoes I like Ann Taylor, J Crew and Cole Haan. The key is to try them on and really walk around the store. If they are not comfortable out of the box they will not be more comfortable after 8 hours of wearing them. Denisemomof4
there are some really cute Naots out there. They have gel but also have cork so they mold to your feet. Best thing I've had outside of custom orthotics.
JumpedIntoTheDeepEndFirst
Clarks, keens, Bjorns. Also, crocs has out a new clog for winter trimmed in fur and i love it. I've never tried Keens but Clarks and Bjorns are pretty comfortable.

tammyw
I have a pair of Naot mary janes that are incredibly comfortable. I've always wanted to like the Dansko clogs, but I just find them ugly on my feet. I recently tried Ariat clogs - specifically I have the Dawsons. I am in love. They are everything I'd always hoped the Dansko clog would be but wasn't.
PRTGSw2K
I have Dansko's and Merrel's. Both are awesome. In the summer, I like Bjorn sandals.
Pookamama
I love, love, love my Toms. How are Toms for: Warmth? It doesn't get really cold here in the winter, but it does get wet Support: how long have you used them, and how have they held up? I have wide feet, do they have a wide option? Mommy22alyns
I usually wear this style: I do keep admiring Clarks though.
ThatCyndiGirl
Thank you! Oddly enough, I found a pair of boots at Gordman's (no name brand that I can find) that are flat suede-like for $20, but when we went for the photo shoot the other day my oldest wore the comfy ones and I was left with the high heels, uncomfy. I have lots of links to click! Thanks!
Momof3littles
I wear ugg knockoffs (Costco) in the house in lieu of slippers. (eta: which I consider fairly ugly, but I don't care because they are warm and cozy) I love my Danskos. JennyD
Love my Danskos, too, although I feel like such a cliche when I wear them (which is all the time). My favorite pair of sandals ever were Naot, but my foot seems to have gotten wider over time and they don't have wide sizes. Sob. Munro is also great for wides, although $$$. I bought a pair of Danskos, but they caused a blister when I wore them on Halloween night. I think they just need to be broken in, maybe? (I am the eternal optimist when it comes to shoes. Susan in TN
Well, they are pricey, but I recently discovered the Ecco shoe brand and they are amazing. From the first moment I put them on, they are comfortable. I've never spent so much on shoes though. I got a pair on sale, which helped a little. I have a friend who bought some cute Ecco's several years ago - she says they are so comfortable, and still look new, so for her they were well worth the price (roughly $75). I bought some Clarks at a thrift store, and am wearing them now - super comfortable. I also bought some Clark's mules at "Marty and Liz" for about $15 - also very very comfortable! If you have a Marty and Liz in your area, definitely check them out.
Miss Marple
Keens, Borns, Josef Seibel, Merrill Dh got me these for Christmas last year. They are incredibly comfortable.
LidiyaDawn
crocs and uggs! :D [the real things.. the knockoffs suck - for both of them. i've not yet found a fake pair of crocs or uggs that actually felt right. blech!]
laughing lioness
Birkenstocks. Mainly they are not attractive but I did find a pair this year that are beautiful!
vettechmomof2
the only shoes that are comfortable for me are Merrills in various styles. So those are what i get. I have 1 pair for work and one for the dojo and one for everything else. My work shoes I bleach after work twice a week and they still last great!
