Dianne-TX Posted November 7, 2011 Share Posted November 7, 2011 The choice location is not too far out of town and is on land near many land owners and families. Is this harmful? Where can we learn more about landfills? I've always known landfills and waste water treatment plants and things like that to be located far away from people. I can only imagine the smell and site of it. Many people in the area are fighting against it's location, obviously.
