Quick! I am out of eggs and am making mini-meatloaves...

It's terribly windy and cold... so... I have my meat, spices, sauce and breadcrumbs... can I skip the eggs?? If not, what would make an okay substitute...

 

Sigh. I am low on groceries... I just want to make it through tonight...

 

Any ideas?

Thanks, my meatloaf turned out yummy and wasn't dry at all... My recipe uses 1/2 cup ketchup and 1/2 cup marinara, along with the bread crumbs, eggs and some grated mozarella and fresh basil. I left out the eggs and added extra marinara...

 

Thanks for the feedback, it gave me the courage to just step up and cook... (I'm not big on cooking... I do it and can do a lot of it quite well, but I don't like to... so, I rarely experiment or substitute...).
