blessedmom4god
I am looking ahead and thinking of using bju for science with my oldest in high school. I have heard people on the board talk about using the teaching dvd with their kids. My question are these dvd ones that you buy and are yours or is it just a lease? From looking on the bju website it seems it is just a lease.
TheAutumnOak
My friend uses BJU and the DVDs are a lease...You have I believe 13 months to use them for a school year...

Thanks, I was afraid of that. I was hoping it could be used with the rest of my kids when they needed it. Mom22ns
Many people use the DIVE science DVD's with BJU books for high school. You can do BJU without DVDs through Jr. High, then add the DIVE DVDs when you do Physical Science (Integrated Chem/Physics with DIVE). They are far cheaper and you own them. They do not give daily lessons like the BJU DVDs though. The students read the book, watch a video (roughly one per chapter) and then do/watch the lab. Quarterly tests are provided. http://www.diveintomath.com/cgi-bin/commerce.cgi?listcategories=action&parent=DSCI
