DusksAngel
We turned my grandmother's garage into the kids' playroom. Now we need to figure out how to keep it warm enough in the winter. We want to use electric (that way we don't have to worry about venting it). It's a single car garage. I have blankets on the floor where the door meets the floor. We've put down area rugs on the floor. Any other suggestions? Especially for a heater?
abacus2
Does it have a window? You can get window units that both heat and cool. The ones we had worked well as the only type of heat/air for a small house in TN. ETA: Bionaire space heaters are really nice. http://www.costco.com/Browse/Product.aspx?Prodid=11177575 Edited November 3, 2011 by abacus2
