The Girls' Mom
I don't know about BJ's brand, but we buy Costco's generic for under $15 (365 ct). My dd's allergist recommended it, and it works fine.
Joker
My dd's allergist prefers any generic Zyrtec over the real thing. He specifically told us to not buy the "real" thing and pretty much any generic should be fine.

AngieW in Texas
I always buy Wal-zyr (Walgreen's brand, not Walmart's). My youngest is a super-taster and can deal with the taste of the coating on the Walgreen's generic, but not on actual Zyrtec and not on several of the other generics. nukeswife
I currently get the Costco ones mentioned above, but when we had a BJs membership I would get them there and never had issues. They all work the same for me, can't live without them.

WiseOwlKnits
We don't have a BJ's, but we've bought both Costco's and Sam's Club generic Zyrtec and they work great. I don't know what I'd do without Zyrtec.

It's just as effective and so inexpensive. :001_smile:

AngieW in Texas
She can detect the minutest amount of banana imaginable. She can tell brands of mozzarella cheese apart by taste alone (I mistakenly bought the more expensive brand which had the same packaging as the store brand). She didn't like the more expensive brand. It is the same active ingredient and I have never noticed a difference in effectiveness at all.
