Body composition, weight loss - helpful photo

I don't know if it's the same size or not, but I always picture a pound of raw ground beef when I imagine changes in my weight. Not only does it help me visualize my success, but it is also a good visual to use when faced with the desire to give up on my health and fitness goals: would I really want a pound or two (or more) of ground beef slathered over my body?
