diaperjoys
What do you like about them? What do you not like about them? We're considering them for 3rd Grade.

jer2911mom
I bought the ones for 1st grade thinking they would be great, but once I studied them more carefully, realized there was far too much writing required for 1st grade. I don't know if that would be the case for 3rd grade or not. Kathy
tuzor
I am considering these for next year my son will be in 2nd grade then. But I think the first grade lit guides will be a better match for his skill level. So perhaps if you feel the writing is too much consider using the grade level prior. AmericanMom
There is a good bit of writing in them, but you can always do it orally, requiring them to answer in complete sentences. I have done that with my ones who struggle with writing.
