Help getting started with Khan Academy -- multiplic & long division

We are just starting HSing and our son is in 4th grade. We are doing Calvert.

I'd like to give DS more practice in multiplying two digit numbers and in long division. They covered this last year in 3rd PS, but his attention/working memory issues make it difficult for him to remember the steps. He is otherwise very, very bright and has placed high in math tests (before long division!). I was thinking practice would help.

Have seen a lot on Khan Academy, but I was not clear when I got there how to get started with a 4th grader. What are videos and what are practice areas, and how to you decide where to start?

Any help would be much appreciated.

Amy
