amyable
I've got a pretty big list, but by way of explanation my oldest (now 13) is dyslexic with other LDs/memory issues...so we did a LOT of jumping around before she was diagnosed. Nothing worked for her, so I kept looking for something that would.  What I actually have on my shelves now: *Right Start D (but only because I just found it there, lol, I thought I had sold it) * just bought full light blue Math Mammoth *most MUS levels up until Pre-Algebra *TT 3, 4, 5, 6, 7 *LOF fractions, decimals, percents *Key to Fractions, decimals, percents, measurement *Hands On Equations *Family Math Middle School Years *Algebra the Easy Way *Calculus By and For Young People *Singapore Challenging Math Problems 1-6 *Lial's BCM *Forester Algebra *some kind of videos that resemble Chalk Dust (but I can't remember the name) *Lial and somebody Beginning and Intermediate Algebra *Jacob's Geometry (the last few I got very cheaply, to look through for the future) *Helps like Timez Attack and Quarter Mile Math  We've also sold back Professor B, some horizons, most levels of Right Start (liked it, too teacher intensive for our family situation), bought-sold-bought again MUS, and sold the first few levels of Singapore. I think I'm missing something, too...  I'm embarrassed how long this is, but when nobody will listen to you that you think your child has LDs, you start to think it must be YOU or the curriculum and...see above. I've kept a lot only because successive children have learned better from wildly different approaches. Momof3littles
We use Singapore as our main math curriculum. We do some Miquon. I have the gamma and delta versions of Math U See because they were at the local used book store for 3 bucks a piece. I have used a few ideas from them. I've been adding to my own personal math resources: Family Math, Patty Kaye's Games for Math, Challenge Math, idea books on using Cuisenaire rods at the primary and intermediate levels. We also like the Murphy MathStart books for a few topics. Â We also own a lot of math manipulatives: base 10 set, geometric solids, geoboards, pattern blocks, abacus, fraction manipulatives, counting bears, cuisenaire rods, tangrams, various clock manipulatives, those little toys where they have an addition, subtraction, multiplication problem where you can push in the button and see the answer, etc. I have a stamp set for base 10 on the way.
