HappyGrace
Anyone using any grade can probably answer this, even if you haven't used the program yet, if you just look ahead in your book: I'm considering this for ds for 3rd grade but wondering if the writing sections in the second semester are fleshed out enough. Because from the sample for 3rd grade it looks like for personal narrative they just say what a personal narrative is, give them a few topics to pick from, and the rest of the days are kind of just blank lined pages for them to write on-for an outline one day, and then the drafts, with a short rubric at the end. Is that generally how the writing is? I was hoping for something a bit more fleshed out than that. Thanks! (Note: We don't really need all the stuff about sentences in the first semester-just the paragraph writing of the 2nd semester.)
