faithfull
This would be an introduction for my K-ers and the second year for my 1st/2nd grader. He was taught previously with his Kindergarten and has a pretty good foundation. _______ starting the homeschool journey mama to four spunky boys (6, 4, 4, 1)
MusicMama
My daughter loves the SALSA spanish series. You can watch online here. The videos are really cute, and they have a simple activity guide. I suppliment that with the R.E.A.L. Spanish program. Also, music and plenty of read-alouds in spanish. HTH!
Aurelia
At that age we used La Clase Divertida with Spanish videos, by Whistlefritz and Salsa.

Lang Syne Boardie
My youngest child is using Mango. It is similar to Rosetta Stone, but I believe it contains more grammar. Mango is free through some public libraries.

Prahl
We do simple games to teach spanish for example I use the words fast and slow in Spanish and have them go out side and shout the word kinda like " Simon says" also works with colors. Pretty much games helps them . My kids are young 3 and 4 . Hope this helps
momoeight
My kids use Rosetta Stone and it really works! The youngest kid I have used it with was 7, but I think I will try my 5yo on it this year and see how it goes. My children have really learned Spanish using it and I would say it is well worth the $$
Beimao
We tried some Flip Flop Spanish, but I think it will work better as an add on to a better program. Which program I'm still working on....
Food4Thought
My daughter loves the SALSA spanish series. You can watch online here. The videos are really cute, and they have a simple activity guide. I suppliment that with the R.E.A.L. Spanish program. Also, music and plenty of read-alouds in spanish. HTH! We love SALSA here too! The kids love watching the versions with the sign language too, as it gives them more hints about what is being said. We have also enjoyed Play and Learn Spanish. I think it can be a little annoying, but the kids choose to put this CD in at night quite often. They enjoy all the little songs and rhymes. Mango is free through some public libraries. Hey even our pathetic library has that one  Our library doesn't have ANYTHING I need but they have this! OP- We are using Getting Started with Spanish this year. I am going to also do Mango and I am now going to check out those Salsa vidoes ;)
