treestarfae
Anyone bring their kids to yoga classes? Where can you get nice kid mats online?
elise1mds
I have thought about it but haven't done it yet. That might be the perfect outlet for my daughter, though, because as much as she wants to take dance, performances stress her out and we wind up with massive meltdowns. For now, I have a couple of kids' yoga DVDs that we do here at home and she just uses a nap mat.
Guest JessyWilliam012
Kids can benefit tremendously from many easy to follow and practice Yoga poses. Yoga has great benefits for growing children and it is a lots of fun. At yoga classes for kids, children learn to stretch, breathe deeply, relax and concentrate and they teach children's yoga for peace, health, literacy and FUN. Yoga develops correct posture, body awareness and self-confidence and helps children to become more calm. thai yoga massage
