mom31257
I have a pdf file that I need to edit. Is it possible to open it in either program so that I can edit it? If anyone knows of an easier way, I'd love to know. Thanks!
wapiti
I think you'd need to save it as a Word file using Adobe Pro though I'm not sure. :lurk5:

If anyone knows of an easier way, I'd love to know. Thanks! If there is a way I'd love to know too. :lurk5: It is my understanding that a PDF can't be edited unless one is running Adobe. Although it is possible to save a Word file as a PDF with the correct add-on.
mom31257
I tried copying and pasting it, but it's totally changing font, format, everything. It's a nine page document, so I was trying to edit it without having to retype the whole thing. Hopefully someone has some good advice! LaxMom
You download the PDF import widget and edit it in OO Draw. There are also a number of free and pay web-based and downloadable editors. Look at CNet for their list/reviews.
