springmama
Would this be good with chicken? I was thinking of pounding down some chicken breasts, broiling them and serving them with this sauce. http://www.robertrothschild.com/Product/product-details.aspx?prodID=
Denise in Florida
I don't have experience with that sauce, I would say go ahead and try it. In general, I put sweet (fruit based) type sauces on pork or dry roasted beef. I prefer savory type sauces for chicken. Eta: hit post too soon. If you already have the sauce and the chicken breast I say go for it. Edited August 9, 2011 by Denise in Florida hit post too soon
springmama
That's why I asked. The chicken breasts are sitting there waiting to be cooked and the sauce is in the cupboard and I'm too lazy to think about anything other than broiling and dumping the sauce on top. I briefly thought about making a teriyaki sauce for the chicken, but this is much less effort. I don't have experience with that sauce, I would say go ahead and try it. chepyl
I think that sounds wonderful! We put anything and everything on chicken. I love a good spicy sauce on my chicken!
Live2Ride
Oh yeah, YUM! How'd it turn out? We here in Louisiana love hot stuff anyways, lol.
springmama
It was pretty good but the kids didn't like it. Of course finding things they like is nearly impossible lately so I guess I shouldn't have been surprised.
