Annie G
There is another new one in Cobb County Georgia. Thanks! My granddaughter will LOVE this news. I live in Illinois so my kids are part of Chicago CYT- and my oldest was hoping that CYT would expand in Atlanta. Smyrna is perfect!

Sarahkay
We've heard GREAT things about CYT. Our homeschool family is looking forward to classes and productions. Not sure we'll get the kids reg for fall classes. But are there winter and spring sessions?
Elisabeth in IL
There should be classes for Winter and Spring. I'm assuming it may depend on how well Fall goes. I know that there are dreams that Milwaukee will do their first show during the Winter session. I'm driving up to Milwaukee from Illinois on Friday to help get the word out. Feel free to copy part or all of my message above and send it to all your friends in the area. :)

tammyw
We love CYT. My daughter has been doing it here in San Diego for the past year! She can't wait for it to start up again in less than a month.
Annie G
CYT is so much more than an after school arts program- kids find new friends, they build confidence, develop their public speaking skills, learn to take chances (in a good way!), have opportunities to help other kids, and of course they can be on stage. That adds a whole new dimension! The rehearsal and show season teaches them to manage their time, be on time and prepared, respect other people, and SO many other things. Elisabeth, you're so sweet to help Milwaukee get off to a good start! We helped Rockford for their first five years- it was exhausting but so rewarding. It's changed our family, that's for sure. Elisabeth in IL
It's not just the kids who find new friends. I've developed some great friendships with other parents. I've joked that Jared's not allowed to stop CYT now. I have too much invested. LOL I'm going to be up in Milwaukee at the Southridge Mall (76th street entrance) on Friday, August 19th from at least 10am to 12pm selling Boston Store Coupons for Community Day, handing out literature and answering questions about CYT if anyone wants to stop by. I think Lori Walla will be there with me. Southridge Mall 5300 South 76th Street Greendale, WI 53129 414-423-0800
Elisabeth in IL
One more week til CYT Milwaukee Fall Classes - it's not too late to sign up! NEW UPDATE: Due to low enrollment in our individual classes, we have decided to provide a new opportunity that will aide students in all aspects of musical theater! Students ages 6-18 will work together to perform "Highlights from Music Man." This class will help strengthen you as an actor, singer, and dancer while developing the confidence you need to succeed. You'll learn new techniques that will sharpen your skills, help you stand out at your next audition, and give you the confidence you need to take the spotlight. Meet Our Fantastic TEACHERS: 1. Elliot Aguilar is a graduate of Berklee College of Music and has performed in and directed multiple musicals while in Boston. These roles have earned him recognition with Broadway producers and actors such as: Jo Sullivan, Dave Clemons and John Bowab. Elliot has been featured on MTI recordings of "Sweeney Todd" and "Thoroughly Modern Millie". In addition to the stage he has been a part of many artistic organizations, most notably, The Boston Symphony Orchestra and is excited to add CYT to this list of opportunities. 2. Jodi Hentzell has a passion for performing arts and CYT. She has enjoyed performing since she was 4. Dance, gymnastics, band, and show choir have been her main performing experiences; she has also done human video, mime, theater and worship dance. Tap dancing is her favorite form of dance! Jodi loves to inspire children to use their God-given talents on and off the stage!
