He told me I need peace and quiet and to get back into a normal routine. (we have had 3 wedding in 4 months) He suggested that I send the family away for the weekend and take a weekend off:lol::lol: Not going to happen, but a lovely idea, and it made me smile. Most incompetent doctors will use the fall back diagnosis of stress rather than dealing with the actual medical causes. No one should have top live with migraines untreated. See a specialist. Most migraines can be treated and managed. See a neurologist who specializes in headaches. Our pediatric neurologist recommends for my child who gets migraines: rescue meds, (there a quite a few-it can take quite a while to find the right one) a chiropractor, and an acupuncturist in addition to diagnostic methods to narrow down possible triggers like hormonal fluctuations, light sensitivity, food triggers, structural issues, tumors (often benign ones) etc. Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
