My daughter's little garden is prolifically producing green beans, but the girls don't want to eat so many. My husband and I are having great success on Atkins, and we feel great losing weight. How many net carbs are in a a serving of steamed green beans? How much is a serving? All I do is enter each thing that I eat and it calculates the carbs, calories etc. You do have to go in and tweek it. I had to go in and fix it so it would figure the net carbs for me.
