HappyGrace
I've never used this before, but bought a pound at the organic farm to try it! I'd like a dinner recipe rather than appetizer, thanks!
Sparkle
Swedish Meatballs - this is yummy. The recipe calls for ground beef, but ground pork works fine too.

saraha
I use it to make a fried rice. Cook ground pork with onions and green peppers, salt and pepper. Then add cold cooked rice. My kids really like it this way as it is not too spicy.
