MyThreeSons
When a student takes a course at a local college while still in high school, does the college transcript indicate that it is dual enrollment? Or does it just show up as college credit?
Miss Marple
When a student takes a course at a local college while still in high school, does the college transcript indicate that it is dual enrollment? Or does it just show up as college credit? In our experience it has looked just like a regular college transcript. I indicate that the course was dual enrollment on my homeschool transcript. AngieW in Texas
My dd's cc transcript says "Admission Basis: High School Student". I also indicated that the courses she took at the cc were dual credit courses on her high school transcript.

Nan in Mass
So what *is* the difference between matriculated and non-matriculated? The CC hastily matriculated my older one so he could get some stem money and I wondered if it would cause any sort of snag later. I suspect we'll be facing that with the younger one, too. I tried asking various people and got fuzzy answers about its having something to do with being in a degree program and reassurance that it didn't really matter one way if you weren't planning on graduating from that college. -Nan
Belinda
California Community college- no distinction on the transcript, for dual enrollment or online format. Belinda
My Three J's
No dual-enrollment distinction on ours either.
