Dolphin
My husband is looking at applying for a job there. In Ridgefield, CT. Is it a good company to work for? Nice place to live etc... What are Home schooling laws like in CT? Anything anyone can tell me would be great. Also, if anyone works there and wants to figure out a way to contact. Do they do bonuses to employees if they hand in a resume that gets hired? We haven't applied yet, and DH would send a resume to a boehringer e-mail. If there is a bonus, someone should get it. sgo95
CT homeschooling laws are super easy. You only need to file a letter of intent if you pull a child from public school. Otherwise, there is no notification/evaluation requirement. We've always been homeschoolers and when we lived in CT, we didn't have to do anything in terms of informing the school district. I'm going to pm you more about Ridgefield.
Dolphin
Thank you! It sounds like the laws are even easier than in Oregon.
simka2
I have a friend who works at adifferent location. She loves it, and from what I can tell they take really good care of her. Decent wage, health insurance, regular conference training. She has been there for years.
