lighthouseacademy
My son belongs to the Hero Club for Boys (4-7 yr old boys who get together twice a month to learn about a historical figure who displayed a virtue and play games related to that virtue and have fun)... I am in charge this month. I need to come up with some games/activities for the topic of Honesty. We will be doing Abe Lincoln. Activities can be games played at the time in history that the person lived, related (last month was perseverance and we did science experiments and some tangram games to help them practice perseverance). Any suggestions?
Jean in Newcastle
What if you did one of those games where you hide something and the kids have to find it following your directions BUT all your directions are lies (so they have to do the opposite of what you said)? Just brainstorming here. . .
lighthouseacademy
I like it... maybe once with lies and then once with truth so they can see what is nicer to do... hmmm or maybe once where they don't know if it is true or false...
