Suzanne115
Hi - My daughter will be in the fourth grade next year. We have used Writing Tales 1 and she will finish Writing Tales 2 this year. She loves to write and writes easily. We frequently do extra writing too. What writing curriculum would you recommend for her fourth grade year? Thank you, Suzanne
siloam
Classical Writing Homer used to be the only option, but if you are looking for fall you might be able to use SWB new program. She is coming out with the levels after WWE...though I don't know much about it other than it is based on the same philosophy. I personally like CW Homer, but I realize there is a learning curve many parents don't want to deal with. Heather
Suzanne115
Thank you! I will look at Classical Writing Homer and consider waiting for the new curriculum. Anyone else?? Thanks Again, Suzanne
Mallory
I think we are going to use Writing Strands. I have done CW with my sis and I don't think it will work for this next one; I think the Writing Strands books will be better for him. Suzanne115
Thank you! I'll look at Writing Strands too. I looked at an early level and didn't think it would be a good fit, but she is older now. I'll take another look. Suzanne
