But, I wanted to let you know the I have identical twins who are 8. They see their Grandma every day. Yes, literally every day. She still cannot tell them apart. SIGH. Yes, it has bothered me in the past. But, although I can't understand it, I just accept it. The twins do too. Sometimes they put nametags on. :) They will be wearing different clothes, but she can't remember who is wearing what. They came up with the nametag idea themselves. It works great. I literally don't understand why she can see them every day and not be able to tell them apart. But, it is what it is. She really doesn't do it to intentionally irritate us. So, my advice is to just let it be. Try really hard to not let it bother you, because she might not ever be able to tell them apart.
