2squared
Is there any reason why I shouldn't use 4th grade MA as almost written? I am tired of looking at the K-8 curriculum board and thinking and wondering and just not being sure what I should be doing with my oldest. So, I'm thinking: Mater Amabilis as written except: - no foreign language - no science experiments - music/art/composer/picture study as time is available Adding: - Kolbe's Vocabulary (Sadlier-Oxford Vocabulary Workshop Orange) - BFSU I plan on using MA for my 2nd grader as well, but rolling him in with the 4th grader for all non3Rs work. Then we will all be taking the the next two dc through a basic version of Elizabeth Foss's Alphabet Path and the WeeFolkArt curriculum. Joyofsixreboot
I don't see why a not. It looks complete and thorough. Wee folk is lots of fun by the way.
kristinannie
I am mixing Kolbe and Mater Ambalis (sp???) as well. I am enrolling with Kolbe, but adding in a lot of MA. I am also using a lot of Foss' suggestions.
