I was planning on implementing WWE, I'm waiting for the book to arrive and now I just discovered the CLE....you ladies introduce me to curriculums I didn't even know about :tongue_smilie: CLE sounds really good. Now I'm wondering if I should be doing that instead :lol: Can anyone compare it with Abeka Language arts? I have a 1st grader. So I'm wondering about 1st & 2nd grade curriculums. Thanks much!! Cynful Posted March 4, 2011 Share Posted March 4, 2011 It's not an either/or decision. :) You'll want to use both. WWE is for writing and reinforcing what you learn in grammar. CLE is mostly grammar. I don't find that it has much writing instruction, so these two programs work well together and neither one takes very long. I'm sorry, I can't compare to Abeka as I've not used it.
