LizzyBee
I forgot to mention in my other post, I found the best games at the dyslexia conference. My dd9 is loving them. Here is the website: http://www.moosematerials.com/ The games are designed to go with OG based programs, but any kid who needs some extra phonics practice could use them. Janet met Susan Barton at a conference and discussed designing some new games to follow the Barton scope and sequence. Woot! The games I bought are the Spelling Set #1 (includes the first five spelling games) and the Open & Closed Doors game (practices open and closed syllables). This is already helping to break up the tedium of the Barton curriculum, and my dd is not resisting reading lessons at all this week!
