Her four youngest children come to the enrichment co-op that I direct. Their dad wanted them to come this week to have some time out of the house. They seemed to be doing well, but my heart aches for them. The youngest child is 4. There is a homeschool family in my area, and the mom may not make it through this weekend. I've only known them about a year, but I believe there are 11 children (some are grown). She's had cancer a few times in the last few years, but it is Stage 4 and has spread to her bones.
