I could just Google, but it's a lot to sort through that way... And I am thinking online would be better for me right now. Leaving the house alone always seems to be such a challenge! I've actually found a group 2 hours a way, run by a gal with her own publishing company. A small group of us are starting one in our town. Georgiana Daniels Posted February 20, 2011 Share Posted February 20, 2011 There are SO many groups out there! It really depends on what type of writing you are pursuing. Fiction, non-fic, genre specific, etc. The group that has had the most impact on my writing life is American Christian Fiction Writers. AMAZING group. Or if you need a secular group there is Romance Writers of America. I'm not familiar with non-fic groups, but I'm sure there are plenty.
