Got a Kitchen Aid mixer and have some ?'s about my first bread recipe.

I'm so excited to try my new mixer out for the first time AND to make my first ever bread recipe. I have no idea what I'm doing but searched for hours last night to actually find a whole grain recipe that I have all the ingredients on hand. :001_huh: Was just wondering if I can replace molasses with barley syrup? If so, would it be the same ratio?


Here is the one I was thinking about trying.:) I do have brown sugar and maple syrup as well if either of those will work.
