muffinmom
Here is what I experienced: feeling very warm and like I was sweating except my skin was dry; some nausea, then after a little while my legs were shaking involuntarily. FYI, I have experienced panic attacks before, and this was something else altogether, so I don't think that's what it was.

Ottakee
I may be way off but any chest discomfort, pain down your arm, fast or irregular heart beat? Dry sweats and nausea can come with a heart attack. My husband just had one a month ago with no real "typical" symptoms.

2cents
I wonder if it could have been a precursor to a migraine? I will feel warm and nauseated prior to some of my worst migraines.
sparrow
I have had those exact symptoms with low blood sugar. :iagree:I have, too. Really, it could be a myriad of different things. Some not that serious and some serious.

I felt heat in my neck and face, later in my arms, even my thighs at one point.?? weird.

muffinmom
a naturopath friend said she has had a (hormonal) hot flash before that felt warm and sweaty but wasn't wet. I also have read about a warm "wet" (but not wet) feeling related to neural in nature.

Jean in Newcastle
You really need to go to a Dr. This isn't the kind of symptom that can be diagnosed in isolation. It is a parasympathetic type of reaction - which means that it is in response to other things going on in your body.
