9arrows4God Posted February 16, 2011 Share Posted February 16, 2011 My middle son, we are just trying to figure out if we should do the switch and make the order today for CLE Math from Saxon. He is wishing there were more Metal Math not just questions. He does not think the mental math in it, is real. I am not totally sure what he is trying to get across. hmschooling Posted February 16, 2011 Share Posted February 16, 2011 Math Mammoth is a balanced combo of Saxon and Singapore IMHO. It definitely would give you the open and go, independent format of CLE but with plenty of great mental math. It has more drill and review than Singapore but not as much as Saxon.
