Right now we've got the ongoing weekly weigh in; there's a February exercise challenge (counting up how many minutes we exercise--nope, not too late to join!); and today we're kicking off a 21-day drinking game challenge to whip our water-drinking habits back into shape. :cheers2: Newbees and Oldbees welcome! New challenges starting all the time. As a side note, this support group is a big part of how I've managed to stay on track myself--and I've lost 20 pounds since Dec 27. (Thanks, y'all!) I have trouble exercising on my own, but between the classes at my dojo, and reporting in here on my off days there, I am doing much better at exercising every day.
