Classical Education is great!

Recommended Posts

Ds#2 began year nine at PS last week. He got to choose 2 electives & one he chose was Classical Studies. Today was his first Classical Studies class & they watched a movie about Theseus & the Minotaur. During the class discussion after the movie ds#2 pointed out to his teacher that the movie wasn't true to the book, surprising the teacher as ds#2 did not do so well on the literacy part of his entrance exam. It was great for him to be able to show how smart he really is. ;)

If his teacher found out that ds#2 has studied Latin for over 2 years, he'd be really shocked! :D (I think we'll keep that a secret for now ;) )
