*anj*
The motherhouse/headquarters of his Community, The Brothers and Sisters of Charity suffered a severe loss two nights ago. Their chapel, common center, and offices were lost in a huge fire. This is a really big deal. I was formerly a member of that community and spent many happy days there. The pictures are just shocking. Thank God there was no loss of life, but many other valuable things were destroyed. JMT's words and slide show may be viewed here. Plaid Dad
Oh, my goodness. What a horrible thing! Thank you for passing the information on so that we can try to help the community now. They do so much good.

Beth in SW WA
I have a live worship cd from a worship service 20 years ago at Brothers & Sisters of Charity. We love John Michael Talbot! "Come, Oh Lord, and fill this temple, fill this temple, with the glory of the Lord..." That is sad news about the fire. Thanks for sharing :)
