k2bdeutmeyer Posted February 2, 2011 Share Posted February 2, 2011 .....is working in a CLE 100 Math book right now.....AND doing great with it :) She is definitely a workbook kid and constantly BEGS to do them! That being said, up until about 3 months ago, she could only count to 6 and even now can only count to 16. She had zero letter recognition, but has recently become interested, so she's gaining some ground there too. But, she recognized (without ANY help) numbers from 1-5 and answered 1+1 and 1+2 without help this morning! I'm just so proud of her! :) She's now playing with counting bears and making patterns (she loves patterns). Maybe she'll be "mathy"?!?
