Jane Elliot
I feel like I should know this, but...I don't. So I've been winging it for years. When your child is doing the poetry copywork in WWE and he has to break up a line of poetry because it doesn't all fit on one line, how does he do that? For example, if we are copying the following lines: I have a little shadow that goes in and out with me, And what can be the use of him is more than I can see. The first line of that poetry takes up three handwritten lines and so does the second. So should it look like this? I have a little shadow (indent)that goes in and out (indent)with me, And what can be the (indent)use of him is more (indent)than I can see. Or what should it look like? Actually I used to use horizontal (landscape) handwriting paper so I wouldn't have to figure this out, but that's not how the pages are set up in WWE.
