Tonight she brought a book to me about the periodic table. Using the phonograms and phonics rules she learned in PR, she read these words: periodic, recently, substances, elements, chemical, reactions, unique, personality, introduction, darmstadtium, and high-tech. I'll be starting it with dd8 tomorrow (she worked through level 1 in less than a month). This program is so awesome!
