We use these outline maps a lot:

For Math we love Dad's Worksheets. I printed out their Spaceship Math Check-Off and we do the timed tests. Something my boys asked for and like. He seems to have a worksheet for EVERYTHING and if we ever need extra practice on a topic it's easy to print and free.

 

Jan Brett has great printables too.
